Welcome to Manly Tennis Centre, located in the heart of Manly on Sydney’s picturesque Northern Beaches. MTC operates within the historic Manly Lawn Tennis Club, boasting a rich heritage dating back to 1884. The club, one of the oldest in the country, is steeped in tradition and renowned for hosting the iconic Manly Seaside tournament—a cherished event that has attracted the who’s who of Australian tennis greats since 1933.
At Manly Tennis Centre, we take pride in our commitment to tennis excellence, catering to players of all skill levels and ages. Our goal is to provide a warm and inviting environment where you can experience the very best in tennis instruction and programs.
At Manly Tennis Centre, we’re more than just tennis. In addition to our tennis programs we also offer our After School Sports Program and Super Kids Sports (for your little super hero starting at 2.5 years of age) the most popular multi sports program on the beaches!
With our range of programs and offerings we offer something for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned player looking to improve your game, a social tennis enthusiast, or someone stepping onto the court for the very first time, you’ll find a welcoming and inclusive community here at Manly Tennis Centre.

Sunday 7am – 7pm
Manly Tennis Centre is open 7 days a week, excluding Christmas Day
Please note that we can be flexible and extend opening hours (earlier or later) if required, just let us know in advance.
Wet weather Information
Our courts drain very well and are usually playable 30 minutes after heavy rain stops. If you are in doubt about whether or not courts are playable, don’t hesitate to call us.
4 Hour Free Parking
There is up to four hours free parking available in the surrounding streets and up to 2 hours free parking in the near by Northern Beaches council parking stations (the closest of which are located on Central Ave and Whistler Street).
