Children’s Tennis Coaching At Keirle Park Tennis Centre, our aim is that children of all ages, whose tennis experience ranges from absolute beginner to advanced, feel comfortable and have fun. Our coaching is aimed at increasing their skills in a relaxed and enjoyable environment and, for those who wish, our competitions offer a chance to put these skills into practice. Holiday Camps and birthday parties offer lots of laughter and the littlies are not forgotten with Super Kids Sports operating daily Monday to Friday.See below for times and pricing and then click the classes icons below to log in and book in for term 1, 2020. Red Ball Tennis The Red stage is played on a small court with modified equipment, including lighter rackets, lower net and larger, low compression balls that don’t bounce too high making learning easier. Orange Ball Tennis After your child has mastered the Red stage, they move on to the orange stage where the tennis ball used by the child bounces a little higher and faster and the court size is made a little larger. Green Ball Tennis Once the Orange stage has been mastered your child will move into the green stage where the ball bounces higher and faster than the Orange ball and children play on a full-size tennis court. Yellow Ball TennisOpen Age Group Once your child has graduated from the ANZ Tennis Hot Shot program they will be ready to move onto the Yellow ball and play on a full size court. Orange Ball TennisInvitational This class is by invitation only. This is a class for children who want to make tennis a priority. Children who are invited to this class are expected to be attending at least one other squad/private lesson per week during the term. They are also expected to be playing on a Keirle Park tennis team competing in the weekly Tennis Northern Beaches competitions. Green Ball TennisInvitational This class is by invitation only. This is a class for children who want to make tennis a priority. Children who are invited to this class are expected to be attending at least one other squad/private lesson per week during the term. They are also expected to be playing on a Keirle Park tennis team competing in the weekly Tennis Northern Beaches competitions. Yellow Ball TennisInvitational This class is by invitation only.
