Children's Tennis Coaching
Red Ball Tennis
The Red stage is played on a small court with modified equipment, including lighter rackets, lower net and larger, low compression balls that don’t bounce too high making learning easier.
Orange Ball Tennis
After your child has mastered the Red stage, they move on to the orange stage where the tennis ball used by the child bounces a little higher and faster and the court size is made a little larger.
Green Ball Tennis
Once the Orange stage has been mastered your child will move into the green stage where the ball bounces higher and faster than the Orange ball and children play on a full-size tennis court.
Yellow Ball Tennis
Open Age Group
Once your child has graduated from the ANZ Tennis Hot Shot program they will be ready to move onto the Yellow ball and play on a full size court.
